I cannot say enough about how Christine Kay saved my cat and me!  I was in an awful situation.  I had neglected my cat and was very ashamed to bring her to someone for fear of judgment. Blackie was overweight and very matted because she couldn’t groom herself properly. She would hide all the time and it was very difficult for me to look after her.  It got to the point where I knew I just couldn’t let her go on like this anymore. I needed to take responsibility no matter what, so I went online to find a groomer.

When I came across Christine’s website I was impressed by the fact that she had a sensitive approach to grooming cats that are difficult to groom. I knew that was my Blackie. I was even more impressed by Christine and the whole experience once I got there.  Of course, as soon as I arrived and she asked me about my cat, I burst into tears and told her how ashamed I was as a cat owner to have neglected my cat so much. Christine, however, did not judge me. In fact, she was very understanding, reassuring and comforting.  She worked with me through the whole grooming appointment to help me understand how to take better care of Blackie. Blackie is now losing weight; she is happier and is getting back to grooming herself again. We are both moving forward now and that is what Christine is all about! She is so in tune with animals and she is equally in tune with people. If you are in a similar situation, do not hesitate any longer!
